Our commitment
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist.
Ruqelo Health is committed to making health information accessible to as many people as possible.
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist.
The site includes skip-to-content links, semantic HTML landmarks, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, resizable text via browser settings, RTL layout for Arabic, and language selection in 10 languages.
We use high-contrast emergency banners, readable typography, and sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds. Teal brand colours are chosen for clarity and visibility.
Some third-party embeds and newly published articles may not yet meet all accessibility standards. We are continuously improving and welcome your feedback.
If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us at hello@ruqelo.health with the page URL, your browser and assistive technology (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
